Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CV Flow website, application, and related services. By accessing or using CV Flow, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CV Flow.

CV Flow provides tools that help you upload, analyze, tailor, compare, track, and export resume and job application materials. The service may include AI-assisted features.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, applications, notes, and generated materials you submit to CV Flow. You grant CV Flow a limited license to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Some CV Flow features use third-party AI service providers. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated or AI-transcribed output before using it. CV Flow does not guarantee interviews, offers, score improvements, or hiring outcomes.

You may not use CV Flow to violate law, gain unauthorized access, interfere with security, store or transmit malware, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond legal allowances, or generate unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing content.

CV Flow is currently offered as an early product. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing, billing terms, and any refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

You may stop using CV Flow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for CV Flow or other users, or if the service is discontinued.

CV Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every job search situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Flow and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to CV Flow in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Use of CV Flow is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law.
